This fabulous area has been developing for many years and has turned into a self sustaining neighborhood that offers much to its residents. Our property is just north of the Louis Riel Mill site which holds cultural significance to St. Vital and Winnipeg as a whole. In 1975 the land surrounding this Riel site was designated as a parks and recreational reserve to protect it from future development.
An added bonus for those who enjoy the outdoors the Seine River Walkway is easily accessible. St. Anne's Rd. provides many options in terms of activities and shopping which some are listed in the column to the right and for those who want to venture a little further St. Vital Mall is but a short drive or bus ride.
